What Is Karma, Really?

In Eastern traditions, karma is the law of cause and effect. Every action, word, or intention plants a seed in the soil of time. Sooner or later, that seed grows into a harvest—sometimes beautiful, sometimes bitter, but always fair.

How to Live with Karma in Mind

  1. Be Mindful of What You Sow
    Every word, every action, and every thought carries energy. Sow intentionally.
  2. Let Go of Revenge
    Trust Aunty Karma. Romans 12:19 says:
    “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay,” says the Lord.
  3. Forgive, But Grow
    Forgiveness isn’t forgetting. It’s learning, healing, and choosing better energy.
  4. Keep Your Energy Clean
    Live in integrity. Walk in truth. Even when no one sees—you’re sowing.
  5. Honor the Harvest
    If you’re reaping something hard, don’t curse it. Study it. Change what needs to change.
