“Can you take some time out?”

In this episode, Timothy Krass shares the story of how his life fell apart through divorce, alcoholism, heart attack, job loss and attempted suicide due to an undiagnosed mental health condition. He talks about his journey of healing and how he helps men proactively manage their mental “performance” so they can be happier, healthier, and have better relationships. His book entitled “You Don’t Have To Swallow Your Gun” speaks to depression, relationships, suicide, and how toxic masculinity affects all relationships between men and women.

“Help and support each other to be the best version of yourself.”
